Dosage:

Adult and children above 12 years: 0.5g-1g every 4 -6 hours to maximum of 4g daily.

Children up to 1 year: 60mg-120mg every 4-6hours with maximum of 4 doses in 24hours.

Children 1 to 5 years: 125-250mg every 4-6hours with a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours.

Children 6 to 12 years: 250-500mg every 4 to 6 hours with a maximum of 4 doses in 24 hours.
